Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026 · Reptake is operated by Resolvent Technologies, Inc., New Orleans, Louisiana.
1. The service
Reptake is a private video-practice service: you record short practice videos, receive AI-generated feedback, and — in pod membership — structured feedback from other members. Reptake is currently an invite-only beta; features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the beta at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in email. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
3. Your content
You own your recordings and the feedback you write. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing, streaming, transcribing, and processing your recordings with our service providers to deliver feedback. Raw videos are automatically deleted per the schedule shown in the product (14 days for standard reps); transcripts, ratings, and feedback persist as your progress record. We never sell your content or use it to advertise.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate, sexual content, or abuse in recordings or reviews; no attempting to download, capture, or redistribute other members' videos; no automated access; no impersonation. Peer reviews are moderated, and serious violations may result in suspension or removal, at our discretion.
Practice allowances are for your own personal, human use: no automated or scripted recording or submission, no account sharing, and no creating multiple accounts to extend free or paid allowances. We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse. We may review content and account activity, including recordings, where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms, to protect the security of the service, or as required by law.
5. Payments
Paid seats and cohorts are billed as described at checkout. Beta pricing may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
6. AI-generated feedback
AI feedback is clearly labeled, automatically generated, and may be imperfect. It is practice guidance, not professional advice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolvent Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using Reptake at any time; you can delete your recordings in-product at any time. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
